GPS unit
Small size standard GPS module with various options of datum and 0.6 seconds hot start. The module is fully integrated with our various host cards via TTL RS232 communication.
Compass unit
- 3D compass and 3D accelerometer card with I2C communication.
- Compass: ±1.3 to ±8.1 gauss magnetic field full-scale.
- Accelerometer: ±2g/±4g/±8g/±16g selectable full-scale.
- The card processes and sends calculated data of all axes through a specific protocol to the host card.
GYRO-Accelerometer unit
- 3D accelerometer and 3D gyroscope card with I2C communication.
- Accelerometer: ±2g/±4g/±8g/±16g dynamically selectable full scale.
- Gyroscope: ±250/±500/±2000 dps dynamically selectable full scale.
- The card processes and sends calculated data for all axes through a specific protocol to the host card.
CMOS sensor card
- This card includes the CMOS sensor along with its power supply regulation, bias and control signals.
- CMOS sensor resolution: 1280×1024 pix, 30fps at full resolution.
- Timing, control and frame data grabbing are executed by the FlexEye cards.
- The FlexEye controls and sets up the various modes of the sensor through a designated I2C channel to the card.
OLED display
800×600 OLED Active matrix card. The unit includes all power supplies and timing signals required by the display. FlexEye cards can use analog SVGA or PAL/NTSC options to drive the image to the OLED. FlexEye controls all OLED parameters (contrast, brightness, resolution, etc.) through I2C communication.
Mini switch controller
Small controller card which controls up to 16 switches/outputs, 2 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs. All data from switches and analog inputs is packed and transmitted through the serial port. This card is mainly used to operate all user physical interfaces and external sensor. Due to its small size it can be placed on the nearest place to the switches or sensors in order to save the place and inconvenience assembly of a complicated harness.
Lens motors driver card
- This unit can control up to 3 DC motors with max 0.2A driver per motor.
- Each motor control channel includes analog position or Hall Effect reading, a current reading and a HW current limiter for motor protection. Each channel can have different bandwidth, speed and closed control loop parameters.
- In addition the card can hold preset and predefined position values for each channel.
- All commands and feedbacks are transferred over serial protocol to the host controller.
- This card is small and requires no heating sink. It is usually used for lens with focus, zoom and shutter.
6 DC motor drivers card
- This unit can control up to 6 DC motors with max 0.3A driver per motor.
- Each motor control channel includes analog position or Hall Effect reading, a current reading and a HW current limiter for motor protection. Each channel can have different bandwidth, speed and closed control loop parameters.
- In addition the card can hold preset and predefined position values for each channel.
- All commands and feedbacks are transferred over serial protocol to the host controller.
- This card is usually used with small positioning system. If combined with a FlexEye card with image tracking option, it can accomplish a full “track and lock” system.
Camera link to SVGA converter
Converts the camera link video and control signals into SVGA and RS232/485 controls, enabling the user to control the FlexEye system and watch the video from extended range.
Camera link connections card
The camera link adaptor expands the micro connector on the FlexEye to standard external flat cable connection to customer card.
Camera Link card
Camera Link protocol (LVDS to SDR cable) connection card with HW and protocol convertor. It enables direct connection from any FlexEye system to standard (24bit) Camera Link frame grabber card on the PC.
This card also includes a control channel, enabling the user to fully control and operate FlexEye system along with capturing the high quality non compressed video.
